Top Notch Protein Ball Recipe

I have found that having protein balls in the fridge is a life savor. When I need a power-packed snack on short notice or if I have a sweet tooth but need something with more substance this recipe is the way to go.
1.5 Cups Nuts ( I prefer Cashews, but have used almonds, pistachios, or any mix of these three)
1 cup Dried Dates ( I use pitted Deglet Noor, Medjool works well also)
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tbsp Hemp Protein (or vanilla whey, chocolate whey)
1 tbsp Chia Seeds soaked
Put all ingredients into food processor until smooth
Place in fridge to cool down
Once cool, roll into small balls or any other fun shapes!
